Senior Director: Global Patient Safety Solutions Partner

Role: Senior Director, GPS Business Solution Lead overseeing Regeneron's Global Patient Safety technology platforms, including Argus, PIVIT, Signal Management, aRMM/ARMM, and SRP. Primary objectives involve defining and executing platform strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting global safety obligations. Responsibilities encompass partnering with GPS leadership to align technology roadmaps, managing a team of Directors and Managers, establishing governance standards, and overseeing budgets and vendor contracts. The role requires close collaboration with Enterprise IT, Information Security, and external vendors, as well as engagement with senior leadership on strategic and regulatory matters. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 15+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, with deep expertise in patient safety systems (e.g., Oracle Argus), regulatory standards (E2B, ICSR, FDA, EMA), and GxP validation practices. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise safety platforms, budgets, and vendor relationships is essential. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills are required, with certifications like PMP, ITIL, or SAFe preferred. The role is based on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ, with a 4-day on-site work week and no fully remote option.
