Role: The Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs, leads the global medical strategy for Centessa's orexin receptor 2 agonist program targeting sleep-wake disorders, including narcolepsy and hypersomnia. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical plans across the product lifecycle, lead launch readiness, forge external scientific relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, regulatory, and clinical development. Ensures scientific evidence aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs, and supports global launch activities. Requirements: MD, PharmD, or PhD with at least 10 years of Medical Affairs leadership, including 5+ years global experience, preferably in neuroscience, sleep medicine, neurology, or psychiatry. Proven track record leading successful global product launches, especially in late-stage development or commercial phases, with expertise in evidence generation, payer requirements, and commercialization strategies. HighValue: Experience with neurotherapeutics, sleep disorders, and global markets (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific). WorkSetup: Remote in the US, with occasional travel (~20%), reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs.
