Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs

Role: Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs for Centessa's orexin receptor 2 agonist (cleminorexton) program, leading strategic medical initiatives across the product lifecycle, including launch readiness, scientific leadership, and evidence generation. Responsibilities: develop and execute global medical strategies; serve as core member of cross-functional asset team; oversee scientific engagement with KOLs, investigators, and societies; collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams for integrated launch and lifecycle planning; provide medical guidance for external scientific materials and publications. Requirements: MD, PharmD, or PhD; 10+ years in Medical Affairs with 5+ years global experience; demonstrated success leading product launches, preferably in neuroscience, sleep medicine, neurology, or psychiatry; experience as a global medical lead for late-stage or marketed products; strong understanding of evidence generation, payer needs, and commercialization.
