Senior Director, Global Market Access

Role: Senior Director, Global Market Access at a biopharma focused on oncology therapies, responsible for developing and executing global market access and value strategies to facilitate patient access to innovative cancer treatments, notably in oncology and rare diseases like Systemic Mastocytosis and GIST. Responsibilities: lead market access planning across product lifecycle, identify access barriers, tailor strategies for US and international markets, integrate payer and HTA considerations into development and commercialization, and support launch readiness initiatives. Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and HEOR teams, providing insights on evidence needs, pricing, reimbursement, and market environment dynamics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred), 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, with demonstrated success in oncology or complex therapeutic areas, experience in US and international markets, and ability to translate clinical data into payer value propositions.
