Senior Director, Global Health Economic & Outcomes Research / Real World Evidence, Hematology (Global Hematology HEOR/RWE lead - BRUKINSA)

Role: Global HEOR/RWE Senior Director providing strategic leadership for health economics and real-world evidence activities supporting BRUKINSA in hematology indications across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated value evidence strategies, identifying evidence gaps, designing real-world studies using claims and EHR data, and supporting payer and HTA submissions with dossiers and economic models. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to align evidence generation, oversee external vendors, and disseminate HEOR/RWE findings. Requirements: Advanced degree in HEOR, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Biostatistics; PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in biopharma or consulting; hematology/oncology experience preferred. Skills: Strong research expertise in HEOR/RWE study design, economic modeling, and data dissemination; familiarity with global reimbursement landscapes and HTA/JCA processes; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
