Senior Director, Global Corporate Development- HYBRID

Role: Senior Director, Global Corporate Development, leading M&A strategy and execution to support growth initiatives at Labcorp. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end M&A processes—including target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and closing; advise senior leadership on strategic fit; develop and maintain industry relationships; oversee research on market trends; mentor junior team members; lead process improvements; coordinate with external advisors; and prepare strategic documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; 12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or related fields; proven M&A transaction experience, especially in healthcare; strong financial analysis skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools and valuation methodologies. Preferred: MBA, healthcare industry experience, and team leadership. High-Value: expertise in healthcare M&A, strategic planning, financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and global market awareness. WorkSetup: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week at Burlington, NC; remote 2 days/week); occasional travel may be required.
