Senior Director, Global Corporate Development -HYBRID

Role: Senior Director, Global Corporate Development (M&A) at Labcorp, leading all aspects of merger and acquisition processes to support strategic growth. Responsibilities: manage target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and closing; advise leadership on M&A and operational initiatives; develop pipeline, oversee research on industry trends, and lead due diligence efforts with external partners; mentor junior team members; craft financial analyses and senior management presentations; drive process improvements; and foster collaborative relationships across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Finance; 12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or related fields; proven experience in transaction structuring, financial analysis, and valuation; strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Preferred: MBA; healthcare industry experience; team management experience; familiarity with AI tools and complex financial statements. High-Value: focus on healthcare M&A, cross-functional leadership, strategic negotiations, financial modeling, and industry trend analysis. Work Setup: hybrid in Burlington, NC, with Monday–Friday schedule.
