The Global Commercial Lead for Switch is responsible for driving the pre-commercialization and launch of an assigned Rx-OTC Switch asset, like Tamiflu, in a geography(s) (i.e. US), in addition to identifying and securing new switch assets for global commercialization.
This role involves developing and executing commercial strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and sustained growth. They will also be responsible for defining and executing the innovation roadmap in alignment with the switch strategy.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader, who has a deep understanding of the market dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving success in the Consumer Health or FMCG sector and someone who can identify growth opportunities and deliver scalable, winning innovation to drive revenue, profit, and market share.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
