The Genmab Director of Thought Leader Engagement (TLE)- Northeast is a field-based marketing role that is responsible for identifying and driving engagement with Hematology/ Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Medical Experts (MEs). The TLE role supports current/ future indications for EPKINLY and other potential Genmab products in Hematology and Oncology. Genmab TLEs are responsible for gathering key insights that inform brand strategy and account planning as well as driving advocacy for Genmab’s US Hematology portfolio with National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Medical Experts (MEs), and other key influencers in the US.
This critical marketing role will report directly into the Senior Director, Head of Strategic Engagement, Oncology Marketing and partner closely with the other members of the Genmab marketing, matrix teams and alliance partners. He/she will be responsible for working cross-functionally with US Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs to shape and develop customer engagement strategies, execute prioritized tactics, generate actionable insights, address customer needs, anticipate market trends and uncover competitive intelligence, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
The Genmab Director of Thought Leader Engagement must have extensive Hematology/ Oncology field experience paired with very strong clinical acumen that enables in-depth discussions with KOLs. Success in this role will require a collaborative mindset, strong hematology (w/ recent launch) experience, and a proven track record operating in an emerging/developing organization.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
