Senior Director FP&A Specialty Surgery

Role: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis leader supporting the VP of Commercial FP&A, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the Specialty Surgery division. Responsibilities: manage process timelines, develop revenue and P&L analyses, produce financial review packages, and drive global segment reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain). Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; 10-15+ years in FP&A, budgeting, or related roles; strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Hyperion, TM1). Preferred: MBA, CPA, and prior experience in biopharma or healthcare sectors. High-value: focus on commercial finance within a biopharma context, supporting strategic decisions and financial performance analysis. Work setup: hybrid role based out of Princeton, NJ, with travel within the U.S.
