Role: Senior Director, Strategic Finance Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, supporting commercial planning, portfolio management, and enterprise investment decisions at a global biotech specializing in rare diseases. Responsibilities: lead global commercial forecasting, revenue modeling, and long-range planning; advise on pipeline commercialization strategies; support licensing, partnerships, and business development; drive data-driven insights for capital allocation and decision-making; modernize FP&A processes, and foster a high-performing, entrepreneurial finance culture. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; 12+ years in biotech or specialty pharma finance; 5+ years partnering with commercial leadership; expertise in forecasting, pricing, market access, reimbursement, and gross-to-net; experience supporting product launches and pipeline assets; strong executive communication skills; experience in complex global matrix organizations. Preferred: Masterβs/MBA, CPA or CFA, exposure to licensing/acquisitions, and experience in high-growth environments. High-Value: biotech (rare diseases), commercialization planning, pipeline asset support, global strategy, and enterprise-wide decision influence.
