The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams to support clinical trial design, pre-launch planning, and launch readiness. The position requires deep expertise in cell therapy, experience leading medical affairs teams, and proficiency in scientific communication, compliance, and medical strategy development. Key qualifications include an advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO), at least 10 years in pharma/biotech, with 8+ years as an MSL, including 3-5 years in leadership within the cell therapy space. Experience in immunology or autoimmune diseases is desirable, alongside familiarity with cell therapy site certifications and regulatory standards. The role is remote (Eastern Time hours), with approximately 50% travel across the U.S. High-value biopharma specifics include involvement in cell therapy, autoimmune indications, early to late clinical development, and commercialization activities, emphasizing scientific engagement, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
