Role Summary
Senior Director, Field HEOR (Midwest) at Revolution Medicines. Lead field-based HEOR activities to develop customer-centric evidence of value across assets, partnering with in-field access teams to translate HEOR evidence for payers and HTA strategies.
Responsibilities
- Builds strong collaborative relationships with in-house HEOR researchers and medical/commercial teams to co-lead customer-centric research strategies (~60% of time).
- Co-leads development of integrated evidence plans and executes RWE research across asset lifecycles; partners with senior leadership on HEOR strategy and team direction; develops and executes HEOR/RWE strategy with timely delivery.
- Provides RWE & access expertise through cross-functional teams; influences HEOR and Medical Affairs to embed RWE insights into TA strategies.
- Effectively presents research findings to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and promote adoption of findings.
- Leads enterprise initiatives addressing access, reimbursement, and HTA challenges; develops value evidence materials for external teams.
- Integrates into in-field access teams as a core matrix member (~40% of time) to shape account strategies.
- Translates complex HEOR evidence and payer-value propositions to population-level decision makers and in-field teams to maximize access.
- Builds relationships with HEOR influencers, data scientists, actuaries, and other stakeholders; advances evidence strategies.
- Continuously builds understanding of customer data needs and willingness to collaborate; facilitates real-world research partnerships with healthcare, academic, and payer organizations.
- Leads evidence generation and value-based initiatives to address reimbursement challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years of relevant strategic HEOR experience with an advanced degree (DrPH, PharmD).
- Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes, or related fields in biotech/pharma.
- Proven ability to conduct HEOR research across asset lifecycles; experience developing and executing customer research collaborations.
- Track record of high-impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics; development of value evidence materials for U.S. payers.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Deep knowledge of managed care, IDNs, formulary decision-making, payment/access models, U.S. policy and HTA trends.
- Experience establishing relationships with consumers of HEOR evidence to support population-level decision making.
- Ability to influence others without direct reporting relationships.
