- Develop and execute strategic federal advocacy plans to advance public policy priorities, with a focus on patient access and innovation.
- Lead engagement with federal legislators, administration officials, and regulators to shape policy outcomes; serve as a key advocate to House Democratic members and staff, including the Energy & Commerce Committee.
- Monitor and analyze policy developments to provide strategic guidance and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Policy and Alliance leads to incorporate federal policy implications into business and corporate objectives.
- Engage trade associations, organizations, and policy influencers to shape the external environment and elevate Regeneronโ€™s policy perspectives.
- Support development of advocacy materials (policy content, talking points) and memoranda for senior leaders and internal stakeholders.

This Role Requires
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in public policy, law, political science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Congress, regulatory/policy advocacy, or government relations.
- Strong understanding of government affairs, public policy, and the patient/provider/health care organization landscape; knowledge of the health care system and key policies affecting the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategy and execution skills; proven ability to work collaboratively to advance policy objectives.
