Senior Director, External Manufacturing

Role: Senior Director, External Manufacturing overseeing global contract manufacturing relationships for Syndax's clinical and commercial cancer therapies. Responsibilities: manage CDMO partnerships including governance, performance, issue resolution, and strategic alignment; oversee technology transfer, validation, and manufacturing compliance; support regulatory filings and product launches; lead risk mitigation, capacity planning, and supply chain coordination; develop high-performing external manufacturing teams; communicate performance and risks to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, with extensive experience managing outsourced and international CDMOs, especially in small molecule APIs and oral solid dose, biologics experience preferred; proven track record in manufacturing launches and compliance with global GxP standards.
