Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions

Role: Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions – Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, leading digital product strategy and capabilities to support rare disease therapies. Responsibilities: build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Medical Affairs leaders; define future digital ecosystems; develop roadmaps, investment cases, and tradeoff decisions balancing near-term launches with long-term platform growth; manage end-to-end delivery of platforms like Veeva, Salesforce CRM, and others for product launch, customer engagement, and medical information; lead a lean, product-oriented team in process design, architecture, vendor management, deployment, and operational improvements; embed security, compliance, and data integrity; foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning; oversee budgets, contracts, and internal capability development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in information systems, computer science, life sciences, or related field; 12+ years in business technology, with 8+ years in biotech/pharma and 5+ supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs functions; proven product leadership and team development experience; deep knowledge of regulated technology controls, CRM, medical communications, and omnichannel platforms; excellent stakeholder influence skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and up to 20% travel.
