Role: Senior Director, Emerging + Portfolio Scientific Communications, leading strategic storytelling for Lilly's next-generation science platforms and portfolio narratives. Responsibilities: develop platform-level narratives for genetic medicines, novel modalities, and emerging science; craft executive speeches, presentations, and reusable storytelling modules; guide communications for scientific forums; monitor competitive landscape; build media relations; partner cross-functionally with global communications teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, science, or related field; 10+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare communications, with expertise in emerging sciences such as genetic medicines and novel modalities; proven experience in high-stakes scientific storytelling, narrative development for senior R&D or C-suite leaders, and media relations.
