Role Description
Senior Director to lead technology portfolio management, IT financial management, and business management for Commercial and G&A Digital & Technology during transformation (Oracle Fusion implementation and enterprise AI adoption). Establish strategy, governance, and operating model for portfolio and financial management; drive investment prioritization, value realization, and organizational effectiveness. Serve as Chief of Staff to the SVP, supporting leadership planning, communications, and execution of key strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Lead
- Lead enterprise technology portfolio management (intake, prioritization, planning, investment sequencing) based on business value, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Own IT financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, chargeback/allocation models, and investment value realization.
- Lead value realization: business cases, success metrics, and tracking/reporting realized value vs. objectives.
- Establish and govern portfolio/financial standards: intake processes, stage-gate reviews, investment frameworks, governance forums.
- Direct annual/ongoing technology planning cycles to align budgets, capacity, and prioritization.
- Build/mature Technology Business Management (TBM) using cost/performance data to improve executive decisions.
- Lead/develop team and improve portfolio predictability, forecast accuracy, resource utilization, cost visibility, and executive reporting.
- As Chief of Staff: manage operating rhythms, strategic initiatives, executive communications, stakeholder engagement prep, standardized reporting, AI-enabled portfolio management, and key vendor relationships.

What You Bring
- BS/BA required (Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related); MS or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years leadership in technology portfolio management/PMO or IT financial management (complex, matrixed enterprise).
- Strong portfolio/financial management knowledge (e.g., PPM/SPM, TBM, stage-gate governance).
- Experience facilitating executive governance forums and driving decisions.
- Chief-of-staff/business-management/executive-office partnership experience strongly preferred.
- Autonomy, discretion, and ability to influence senior leaders; proven accountability and talent attraction.
