Role Summary

Senior/Executive Director (M3/M3-2), CT Manufacturing and Materials Management. Leads development, oversight and management of pan-R&D business systems for raw material management, Drug Substance and Drug Product supply chains, and materials management services within Clinical Material Delivery. Drives safety, quality, operational excellence, and strategic planning across CT manufacturing and materials management.

Responsibilities

  • CT Site Sourcing and Materials Management: supervise and develop the supply network, evaluate site sourcing, partner with QA and other functions, and manage portions of Materials Management across the CT supply chain for raw materials and components used in CMC development and clinical trial material production.
  • Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance And Safety: lead strategy to ensure quality, continuous improvement and efficiency; establish metrics; identify improvement opportunities; address deviations and support CAPA; plan staffing for current and future CT manufacturing needs; foster a collaborative, diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Strategic and Business Planning: develop and align clinical material delivery strategy with senior leadership; create business and strategic plans; coordinate with CSD, PRD, and external partners; drive integration for third-party partnerships; facilitate communications to optimize material delivery and budgeting with Finance and Capital Planning.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Clinical Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CMC, or Commercial Manufacturing
  • 4+ yearsโ€šร„รด experience in people management

  • Licenses or certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management)

Education

  • Bachelorโ€šร„รดs degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or supply chain
