Role: Senior Director, Counsel – Litigation, Legal Policy and Strategy, focusing on litigation, policy engagement, and advocacy to support pharmaceutical innovation and access. Responsibilities: develop and advise on legal strategies addressing laws and regulations impacting drug pricing, reimbursement, and industry trends; manage litigation, investigations, and disputes; lead outside counsel and coordinate with internal teams; engage with government and external stakeholders; monitor policy developments. Requirements: J.D. and active law license; minimum 8 years of experience managing complex litigation, including trial and appellate work, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries; proven success in legal strategy development and policy engagement; clerkship on a federal court of appeals preferred. High-Value: experience with healthcare law, regulatory challenges, government investigations, and advocacy in the pharma sector; familiarity with complex litigation, including constitutional, statutory, and APA claims; adept at mastering dense legal and policy issues, with strong communication skills.
