Role Responsibilities:
- Lead operational strategy and execution for Corporate Responsibility programs (grants, sponsorships, partnerships, and related initiatives) aligned to corporate priorities.
- Translate strategic direction into operational plans and roadmaps.
- Design and implement standardized processes, governance frameworks, and workflows for consistency, scalability, and compliance.
- Oversee enterprise-wide data harmonization across Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
- Establish and manage KPIs and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Lead development/deployment of systems and tools for performance tracking, reporting, spend, and compliance.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level insights; translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Partner cross-functionally (Corporate Responsibility, Public Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance) to streamline delivery.
- Design and implement governance structures, policies, and SOPs; drive process improvement to reduce risk and strengthen delivery.
- Support stakeholder engagement by ensuring operational readiness for high-impact initiatives.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners.
People Leader Accountabilities:
- Create inclusion; develop talent; empower teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s (14+ years) in corporate responsibility, public affairs, operations, or related field OR Master’s (12+ years) in relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional operational initiatives at scale.
- Demonstrated leadership in building/developing high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strategic thinking and operational execution; translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Experience designing/implementing systems, processes, and governance frameworks for large-scale programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong analytical/problem-solving.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partnerships.
- Biopharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environment preferred.
Additional Information:
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment; manage multiple priorities.
- Periodic travel as needed.
Benefits/Pay:
- Salary range: $243,100.00–$314,600.00; may be eligible for discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
