Senior Director Corporate Counsel - Privacy/ Transactions

Role: Senior transactions attorney specializing in contract law and data privacy within biopharma, supporting Regeneron's business transactions and privacy compliance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements (research collaborations, licensing, data use, confidentiality), advising on privacy law, managing the contract lifecycle system, and collaborating with Data Privacy Office. Also provides legal support to the Cell Medicines team. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school; 15+ years of legal experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare, with expertise in contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property; licensed in New York or eligible for in-house counsel registration. Preferred: experience leading contract management systems and advising on international privacy issues.
