Senior Director Compliance and Legal Services

Role: Senior Director, Compliance and Legal Services, leading the global compliance, privacy, legal operations, and eDiscovery functions within GBS. Objectives: develop and execute a cohesive, tech-enabled service portfolio aligned with enterprise strategies, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: define strategic vision, manage service delivery for eDiscovery, legal hold, compliance, and privacy operations; leverage legal tech, AI, and automation; oversee demand, vendor relationships, and service performance; foster stakeholder engagement and user-centric service design. Qualifications: 12–15+ years in legal operations, compliance, or GBS with leadership of global teams; experience with legal tech, privacy, eDiscovery, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX; strong project management, stakeholder influence, and change management skills; deep understanding of regulated environments, including life sciences or healthcare preferred. High-Value: extensive experience in legal tech, AI/GenAI, privacy management, and regulated industries; strategic leadership in transformation initiatives; familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, matter management, and analytics tools; global vendor management; proficiency with compliance standards and risk mitigation.
