Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain TA Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy for the Therapeutics portfolio (R&D, manufacturing, commercial, regulatory alignment).
- Lead end-to-end supply chain for the TA from new product introductions through global commercialization.
- Direct a team of Supply Chain Product Leads to optimize and improve end-to-end commercial supply.
- Represent Supply Chain in Supply Review Meetings, Global S&OP, Portfolio Review Committees, and Global Program/Product Teams.
- Partner cross-functionally (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, R&D, Commercial, CMC) to deliver product and business goals.
- Lead supply chain governance and decision-making (scenario planning, S&OP processes).
- Manage end-to-end supply chain: demand forecasting, supply/production planning, inventory, logistics.
- Oversee launch integration and lifecycle management; ensure continuity of supply with risk mitigation.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; monitor KPIs (reliability, lead times, inventory, cost).
- Build and lead a global commercial supply chain team; drive accountability, agility, change management, continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business or related field plus 14+ years relevant experience (required).
- 15+ years progressive pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain leadership with exposure to small molecules and biologics.
- Proven experience across development, launch, and commercialization.
- Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA/regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management.
- Managing internal/external manufacturing (plus).

Skills/Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution; analytical, negotiation, project management.
- Executive communication and influence; agile in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Preferred:
- High-complexity modalities (e.g., ADCs, biosimilars, orphan drugs).
- Digital supply chain tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, advanced analytics).
- Experience through growth/transformation/global expansion.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Bay Area: $243,100–$314,600; Other US locations: $221,000–$286,000. May include discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
