Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain TA Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy for the Therapeutics portfolio, aligned with R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and regulatory objectives.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain for the TA from new product introductions through global commercialization.
- Direct Supply Chain Product Leads to optimize end-to-end commercial supply chain performance.
- Represent Supply Chain in Supply Review Meetings, Global S&OP, Portfolio Review Committees, and Global Program/Product Teams.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, R&D, Commercial, and CMC; lead supply chain governance (scenario planning, S&OP).
- Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, production planning/performance-to-plan, inventory management, and logistics.
- Oversee launch readiness and lifecycle management; ensure continuity of supply with risk mitigation.
- Identify/mitigate supply chain risks; monitor KPIs (reliability, lead times, inventory, cost).
- Build/lead a global supply chain team; drive accountability, agility, change management, continuous improvement; champion inclusion and employee development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business or related; 14+ years relevant experience (required).
- 15+ years progressive pharma/biotech supply chain leadership with exposure to small molecules and biologics.
- Proven leadership across development, launch, commercialization; deep GMP and regulatory knowledge (FDA/EMA) and product lifecycle management.
- Managing internal/external manufacturing (plus).

- Excellent communication/executive presence; influence senior stakeholders.
- Agile; thrives in fast-paced matrixed environments.

Preferred
- High-complexity modalities (e.g., ADCs, biosimilars, orphan drugs); digital tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, analytics); led transformation/global expansion.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Bay Area salary range: $243,100–$314,600; Other US: $221,000–$286,000. May be eligible for bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
