Main Responsibilities
- Define and champion a bold, forward-looking strategy for integrating intelligent tools and care pathways into Sanofiβs therapeutic portfolio and care delivery ecosystem.
- Partner with disease/brand teams to translate innovation opportunities into breakthroughs that impact value creation.
- Identify white-space opportunities to address unmet patient needs, improve clinician workflows, and strengthen care coordination.
- Translate macro healthcare trends (care delivery models, reimbursement landscapes, emerging AI capabilities) into actionable product/solution roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end solution design for technology-powered care tools (clinical decision support, workflow optimization, care coordination) aligned to business objectives.
- Apply product development methodologies and disease-area knowledge to achieve problem-solution fit and measurable value.
- Build internal capabilities (data science, engineering, clinical expertise) and leverage external partnerships with health tech innovators/platform providers.
- Own execution from concept through MVP, pilot, and scale, with success metrics, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement.
- Develop evidence-based business cases for patients, providers, payers, and Sanofi.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships; lead alliance governance to ensure mutual value and alignment across payer/policy landscapes.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in medicine or life sciences (MD or PhD) required; MBA or equivalent business training a plus.
- 10+ years progressive experience across healthcare/life sciences strategy, product/solution development, and commercial operations.
- Experience improving brand performance across marketing, sales, access, or patient experience.
- Demonstrated experience in digital health, AI/ML in healthcare, or technology-enabled care delivery.
- Track record bringing solutions to life in complex, regulated environments (concept through commercialization).
- Experience with value-based care models, health system partnerships, or payer/policy engagement.
