Senior Director – Commercial IT Product Leader

Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the customer domain; shape the digital agenda and transformation.
- Lead annual expense and capital budgeting aligned with business partners; manage financial planning for the IT portfolio.
- Use benchmarks and industry innovation to deliver modern digital solutions improving sales, productivity, data integrity/compliance, quality, and operational excellence; support quarterly planning and objectives for product teams.
- Recruit, coach, and develop product managers; design/evolve product team structure to maximize empowerment, autonomy, and alignment with strategy.
- Ensure teams have context and customer engagement; use data-driven insights to deepen understanding of users/customers and influence cross-IT toward a product operating model.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.
- 15+ years technology experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams to meet strategic business needs; strong product management and strategic leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Multiple years delivering modern digital solutions in sales/marketing.
- Experience with CRM, omnichannel integration, customer experience, and data-driven platforms.
- Product leader or product manager experience delivering valuable, viable solutions.
- Ability to develop and empower product management talent; build high-performing product organizations.
- Experience partnering with senior business/IT leadership and leading multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, design, and delivery.

- Travel: Up to 10%
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
