Senior Director - Clinical Tech Design and Operations

Role: Lead the technology strategy and delivery for Clinical Design and Operations within Lilly's biopharma framework, focusing on clinical trial tech capabilities. Responsibilities: oversee a portfolio of clinical technologies through subordinate managers, set and drive AI and automation strategies, resolve complex operational and technical challenges, ensure GxP and compliance standards, and influence cross-functional partners. Requirements: bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, 8+ years in technology delivery or engineering leadership, experience with Agile/SAFe, stakeholder management skills. Preferred: deep understanding of clinical development, GxP environments, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, and experience managing budgets in biotech/pharma settings.
