Senior Director, Alliance Management

Role: Senior Director, Alliance Management at Syndax overseeing strategic partnerships, including governance, issue resolution, and contract management to support clinical and commercial-stage oncology programs. Responsibilities: lead alliance governance committees, monitor partnership execution, liaise with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, R&D, Commercial), ensure alignment on research, development, and commercialization plans, and participate in partnership negotiations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in life sciences alliance management or related roles, with experience in clinical and commercial oncology collaborations, preferably global. Skills: strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and excellent communication; ability to interpret collaboration agreements and operate effectively in a matrix environment. Preferred: oncology, immunology, rare disease, or cell therapy experience. Location: New York, NY; salary range $270K–$290K, with comprehensive benefits.
