Senior Director, Alliance Management

Role: Senior Director, Alliance Management at Syndax, responsible for overseeing and optimizing strategic partnerships across clinical and commercial stages, with a focus on oncology therapeutics. Responsibilities include guiding governance of alliances, managing key stakeholder interactions, ensuring contract compliance, resolving issues, and facilitating decision-making processes. The role involves liaising with legal, finance, R&D, and commercial teams, conducting alliance health checks, and supporting negotiations for new partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (graduate preferred), 10+ years in life sciences alliance management, experience with global clinical and commercial collaborations, strong understanding of drug development and oncology, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Preferred: oncology, immunology, rare disease, or cell therapy experience. The position reports directly to the SVP, Business Development, and is based in New York, NY. The salary range is $270,000-$290,000, complemented by equity, bonuses, and benefits.
