Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as Commercial PoC in defining and prioritizing the roadmap of commercial advanced analytics and AI use cases with Commercial leadership and the enterprise AI team.
- Own the advanced analytics roadmap and business integration of next-best-action/omni-channel strategy to improve customer engagement via field and home-office orchestration.
- Prioritize and manage the Commercial advanced-analytics and AI use-case pipeline aligned to enterprise intake/prioritization/governance.
- Define business, data, and success requirements for Commercial models and AI tools; partner in deployment and optimization.
- Provide commercial validation and business acceptance during enterprise testing and phased roll-outs (e.g., shadow-mode).
- Own day-to-day advanced analytics operations: intake Commercial leadership requests, structure problem statements, synthesize results into business-facing insights.
- Develop requirements for Commercial Data Products semantic layer enhancements (trusted self-service, democratization of model outputs, natural-language querying).
- Translate business needs into advanced analytics/AI solutions and represent Commercial requirements in enterprise AI tool vendor evaluations.

Qualifications:
- BS in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering); MS/PhD preferred.
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial advanced analytics across Sales, Patient Services, Market Access, and Marketing.
- Fluency with core commercial data assets (specialty pharmacy/hub, claims, CRM/Veeva, call/activity, consent) and governed semantic layer.
- Experience partnering to bring ML/AI into production workflows; working knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Experience building/leading/developing analytics or data science teams.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud data/ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, Fabric, Azure/AWS).

Preferred:
- Experience with evaluation and phased-rollout approaches (e.g., shadow-mode) on an enterprise platform.
- Experience supporting specialty/rare disease brands.
- Proven success deploying AI workflow enhancements focused on ROI.

Skills & Competencies:
- Deep fluency in the commercial operating model; strong technical grounding; judgment to prioritize high-ROI use cases.
- Ability to build trust and evaluation rigor with non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-functional partnership across Commercial, Medical, IT, and enterprise AI; translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proven people leadership and team development.

Benefits:
- Full-time employees receive equity; base pay is $257,000–$314,000 (estimate).
