Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Commercial point-of-contact (PoC) for defining and prioritizing the roadmap of Commercial advanced analytics and AI use cases with Commercial leadership and the enterprise AI team.
- Own the advanced analytics roadmap and integrate next-best-action/omni-channel capabilities to improve customer engagement via field and home-office orchestration.
- Prioritize/manage the Commercial advanced-analytics and AI use-case pipeline via enterprise intake, prioritization, and governance.
- Define business, data, and success requirements for Commercial models/AI tools; partner on deployment and optimization.
- Provide commercial validation/business acceptance during enterprise testing and phased roll-outs.
- Own day-to-day advanced analytics operations: intake requests, structure problem statements, coordinate with Enterprise AI resources, and translate results into business insights.
- Develop requirements for semantic layer enhancements enabling trusted self-service, democratized model outputs, and natural-language querying.
- Represent Commercial requirements in enterprise AI tool/vendor evaluations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (statistics, data science, computer science, or engineering); MS/PhD preferred.
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech commercial advanced analytics (Sales, Patient Services, Market Access, Marketing).
- Fluency with commercial data assets (specialty pharmacy/hub, claims, CRM/Veeva, call/activity, consent) and governed semantic layer.
- Partnering experience bringing ML/AI into production; working knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Experience building/leading analytics or data science teams.
- Hands-on Python and SQL; cloud data/ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure/AWS tooling).

Preferred
- Evaluation/phased roll-outs (e.g., shadow-mode) on enterprise platforms.
- Specialty/rare disease brand experience.
- ROI-focused AI workflow deployment success.

Skills & Competencies
- Deep commercial operating-model fluency; prioritize high-ROI use cases.
- Build trust/evaluation rigor with non-technical stakeholders; strong cross-functional leadership.
