The Position
- Accountable for developing and delivering digital solutions, particularly in automation, integration, and AI.
- Collaborate with business partners and IT stakeholders to ensure priorities, quality, and risk are managed and automation-enabled process improvements are implemented efficiently.
Essential Functions
- Liaise with global teams on effective management of platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
- Develop and maintain platform usage guidelines.
- Manage a team of solution architects to design and implement automation solutions.
- Manage day-to-day DevOps processes to streamline new development activities; manage the automation portfolio.
- Influence stakeholders to challenge established processes and collaborate effectively.
- Lead communication.
- Ensure cross-functional requirements are met rapidly, with foundational knowledge of security, architecture, and engineering concepts.
- Track and communicate business value generated to identify new use cases.
- Manage releases and coordinate with development resources, QA/QC, and security teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT, software development, or innovation, with relevant experience across software development, infrastructure, and operations.
- Expert knowledge of low/no code application platforms, integration tools, and data management platforms; healthcare/life sciences (GxP) experience (plus).
- Experience with complex system integration technologies.

- 10–20% overnight travel required.
