Senior Data Security Engineer (Insider Risk Management – Engineering)

Key Responsibilities
- Create new DLP content to aid in protection of company IP.
- Configure preventative controls for email, print, web, and removable media data movement actions.
- Analyze DLP events and escalations to customize and improve existing use cases.
- Implement dashboards, metrics, and reports for identified data loss actions.
- Implement a data-at-rest solution to identify unprotected unstructured data within the corporate ecosystem.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field; 5 years managing and supporting networking concepts, data loss technologies, and enterprise engineering related to security solutions.
- Required experience (5 years):
- Evaluate and (re)configure data loss prevention (DLP) tools.
- Administer/manage data classification and configure DLP policies in a global organization across multiple regions.
- Integrate security solutions and ensure continuous data ingestion for event correlation using Splunk.
- Troubleshoot use cases and policy events to ensure accuracy/integrity of data for business lines.
- Perform insider risk data mapping, including identifying/remediating critical asset data in cloud and network storage.
- Alternatively: Master’s degree plus 6 months of the above experience.
