Senior Data Scientist

Role Summary

Senior Data Scientist supporting the Global Analytics & Insights team within the Corporate Strategy function. You will deliver Advanced Analytics, including statistical modeling, market basket analysis, churn modelling, and customer analytics to inform program design and ROI post-program. Projects may cover price elasticity, mixed market modelling, segmentation, game theory, and predictive analytics (e.g., customer lifetime value) to improve promotional efficiency and guide future business activities. You will manage project-based analyses from data preparation through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Strategic Analytics and Descriptive Analytics team members to provide data-driven insights and influence promotional effectiveness to drive optimal business outcomes.
• Participation in readout and review with internal customers.
• Consistent, constant alignment with all members of the team in Greenfield, Indiana.
• Maintain an environment open to change and innovation, recognizing improvements in existing tools and anticipating new technologies to deliver world class analytics and maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative or management field. (Master’s preferred)
• Required: 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Commercial Effectiveness.
• Required: Expertise in statistical modelling techniques – A/B testing, regression, clustering, classification, decision trees, forecasting.
• Required: Knowledge of probability models, market basket, churn modelling, segmentation and customer analytics.
• Required: Advanced skills in Python, R and advanced Excel.
• Required: Proven analytical/problem solving skills with strong learning agility.
• Preferred: Experience with Tableau, SQL.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure ML & Model Deployment
• Preferred: Experience with GitHub
• Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication
• Preferred: Demonstrated excellence in PowerPoint and storyboarding.
• Preferred: Project management experience across multiple business functions
