Senior Data Science Manager, Predictive Analytics & AI – US Commercial

Role: Senior Data Science Manager, Predictive Analytics & AI for U.S. Commercial at Biogen, leading development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions to inform strategic decision-making and enhance commercial growth. Responsibilities: design, validate, and optimize predictive models and analytics supporting patient segmentation, treatment patterns, provider engagement, and healthcare data integration; partner with insights, analytics, data management, IT, and Medical Affairs teams; oversee external vendors, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor's in a quantitative field with 5+ years (or Master's with 3+ years) supporting pharma/biotech commercial functions; strong programming skills (Python, SQL), experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI; expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and healthcare datasets such as claims and EHR. Preferred: experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, and commercial data sources; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
