Position Summary
The Analytics Engineer serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise data platforms, transforming complex data into scalable solutions, trusted reporting, and actionable insights across Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial, and Business teams.
Essential Functions
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworks.
- Analyze customer, commercial, and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
- Support analytics platform modernization (migration, implementation, and optimization).
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable datasets, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL-based data transformations and reporting layers.
- Develop automated workflows and analytics solutions using Python and other technologies.
- Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines.
- Consolidate and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into trusted analytics environments.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance processes, documentation, and validation frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and stakeholder management; communicate across technical/non-technical audiences.
- Experience defining/measuring/reporting KPIs (operations, customer experience, sales, or marketing).
- Experience building dashboards, semantic models, self-service reporting, and executive reporting.
- Strong SQL and Python; experience with scalable transformations and automated analytics.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, pipelines, integrations, and cloud analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and insights.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality best practices, and documentation standards.
