Position Summary:
Senior Data Analyst – Operations & Supply Chain. Drive supply chain agility, operational excellence, and cost efficiency through data across manufacturing, planning, inventory management, and fulfillment. Build scalable analytics tools, actionable insights, and apply AI/LLM tooling to convert unstructured data into decision-ready signal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards/tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel) for supply chain KPIs (inventory turns, forecast accuracy, OTD, production throughput).
- Analyze ERP/MRP, demand plans, and production schedules to identify inefficiencies, delays, and root causes; drive continuous improvement (order flow, raw material availability, safety stock, build plans).
- Develop inventory planning and forecasting models to predict shortages/overages and align stock with demand and production constraints.
- Partner on MRP system integration: align models/recommendations with MRP logic and master data; improve BOM, lead time, and lot size assumptions.
- Provide strategic decision support via scenario modeling balancing service levels, working capital, and cost.
- Automate pipelines/workflows/reporting to reduce manual effort and enable proactive responses.
- Engage stakeholders (manufacturing/logistics/finance), communicate clearly, mentor junior analysts, and lead high-impact initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting/Operations/Business Analytics/Industrial Engineering or related.
- 6–8 years data analytics (supply chain/operations/manufacturing).
- Advanced Power BI, SQL, Excel; automation/scripting experience.
- Inventory planning, demand forecasting, MRP/ERP experience.
- Predictive modeling/regression/correlation; strong signal/noise judgment; scalable analytics track record.
- Project management; business/financial acumen; clear stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce/Smartsheet BI tools; warehouse/manufacturing experience; production scheduling/capacity/BOM familiarity.
- Statistical/ML modeling; Lean/Six Sigma; cross-functional data experience.
