Role: Senior Counsel, Supply Chain, Trade, and Human Rights at Bristol Myers Squibb, serving as a strategic legal advisor for the Global Supply Chain organization, including Customs & Trade functions. Responsibilities: advise on complex legal issues related to tariffs, trade policies, sanctions, import/export controls, supply continuity, and human rights due diligence; draft and negotiate supply agreements; monitor global trade regulations; collaborate across law, policy, compliance, and business units to mitigate risks and ensure compliance in delivering medicines. Requirements: JD and active U.S. state bar admission; 8+ years of legal experience in law firms, in-house, or government, preferably within pharmaceuticals or life sciences; expertise in human rights, international trade, sanctions, or supply chain law; proven ability to advise senior executives and manage cross-functional, global legal initiatives.
