Role: Senior legal counsel supporting Revolution Medicines' manufacturing, supply chain, and technical operations. Objectives: negotiate and manage complex manufacturing agreements, mitigate legal risks, and support strategic vendor partnerships in biotech and pharmaceutical environments. Responsibilities: draft and review master services, supply, quality, technology transfer, and clinical supply agreements; advise internal teams on GMP, regulatory, and legal considerations; manage vendor disputes, and improve contracting processes. Requirements: J.D., active license in the U.S., 10+ years in biotech/pharma law with significant experience in contract manufacturing; strong understanding of GMP and regulated environments; proven negotiation skills. Preferred: in-house biotech/pharma experience, support for clinical and commercial manufacturing, familiarity with international vendors, and cross-functional collaboration with scientific teams.
