Senior Counsel, Patent Prosecution

Role: Senior Counsel in Patent Prosecution supporting AbbVie's immunology products, focusing on patent strategy and intellectual property management. Responsibilities: develop and implement IP strategies to strengthen competitive advantage; advise R&D and business teams on IP matters; draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide; manage patent challenges in post-grant proceedings; conduct prior art searches and patent due diligence for business development. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, USPTO registration, 5+ years in patent law within life sciences, experience with small molecules and biologics, technical background in molecular biology, chemistry, or related fields; strong legal and project management skills.
