Role: Senior Counsel, Global Commercial Legal in AbbVie's Oncology division, focusing on legal strategy for oncology medicines. Responsibilities include providing proactive legal advice to cross-functional teams on commercial, regulatory, and operational issues such as product launches, marketing, scientific exchange, and healthcare contracting; supporting compliance programs and policies; managing risk and disputes; and advising on government policy initiatives. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school, admitted to practice in at least one US state, with 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma, healthcare law, or government practice.
