Senior Counsel - Employment Law

Role: Senior Legal Counsel specializing in employment law for a global healthcare company, primarily supporting the US R&D organization. Responsibilities: provide day-to-day employment law counseling, assist with employment-related litigation and agency charges, review policies for compliance, support mergers and acquisitions, and advise on legal risks. Engage with internal stakeholders including HR, compliance, and leadership, and manage outside counsel as needed. Requirements: JD with 7+ years in employment law, in-house or secondment experience preferred, active State Bar license, with healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience highly valued. Experience in employment law M&A and ERISA benefits law considered a plus.
