Senior Counsel - Employment Law

Role: Senior Employment Law Counsel supporting a manufacturing sector within a global healthcare company. Objectives: provide legal guidance on employment law, ensure compliance, support HR and business initiatives, and manage employment-related litigation. Responsibilities: deliver day-to-day employment law advice, collaborate with HR and external counsel, review policies, and assist with M&A activities involving employment considerations. Requirements: JD with 7+ years of employment law experience, state Bar admission, in-house or secondment experience preferred; healthcare/pharma industry experience a plus. High-Value: employment law counseling and litigation, manufacturing setting, M&A support, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: onsite in Clayton, NC, with 0-10% travel.
