Senior Counsel, Advertising, Promotion & Market Access

Role: Senior Corporate Counsel, Advertising, Promotion & Market Access, supporting Compass Pathways' first commercial launch of psilocybin-based treatments. Responsibilities: serve as lead legal advisor for product promotion, reviewing all promotional, medical, scientific, and digital communications for compliance with FDA, FTC, and healthcare regulations; develop legal strategies for marketing activities; provide training and guidance to commercial teams. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership in the US; 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or biotech, with in-house or relevant law firm background; strong knowledge of FDA advertising regulations, healthcare laws, and promotion review processes; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: experience supporting a product launch or clinical-to-commercial transition, exposure to market access or payer strategies.
