Summary
The Senior Counsel will support the US TechOps organization and cover Radioligand Technology (RLT) TechOps activities at the global level, providing legal support for US Technical Operations (including RLT) in Technical Operations, including contract drafting & negotiations and managing disputes involving manufacturing sites, supply/logistics, warehousing, real estate, and general procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Head Legal Americas & RLT on global RLT transactions; contribute to strategy design and execution.
- Act as a contact for US Technical Operations (small and large molecules) and RLT Global stakeholders, including support for RLT Procurement.
- Support development and rollout of standardized template agreements and training materials.
- Coordinate with other Operations lawyers (country and global) to implement projects and roll out best practices.
- Advise on legal aspects of compliance policies, procedures, training, and risk assessments.
- Interact with supervising authorities (Federal Drug Agency, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- 8+ years post law school work experience.
- 3+ years in a regulated pharmaceutical industry environment.
Essential Requirements / Skills:
- US pharmaceutical regulations knowledge; GMP (general principles).
- Contracts (general).
- Basic labor law knowledge.
- Procurement-related experience.
- Experience with litigation/contract disputes.
- Preferable: BD&L transactions and complex contracting.
- Real estate related experience (buy/sell, maintenance, construction).
