Senior Counsel

Role: Senior Counsel supporting US TechOps and global Radioligand Technology (RLT) TechOps activities, providing legal expertise in technical operations, manufacturing support, supply chain, real estate, and procurement. Responsibilities: drafting and negotiating contracts, managing disputes, developing standardized agreements and training, advising on compliance policies, and liaising with authorities like FDA and NRC. Requirements: 8+ years post-law school experience, with 3+ years in regulated pharmaceutical environments; strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulations, GMP principles, contracts, labor law, and procurement; litigation and complex contracting experience preferred.
