Role: Senior Counsel supporting US TechOps and global Radioligand Technology (RLT) TechOps activities, providing legal guidance in technical operations, manufacturing support, supply chain, real estate, and procurement. Responsibilities: draft and negotiate contracts, manage disputes, develop standard agreements and training, ensure compliance with regulations, and liaise with authorities such as the FDA and NRC. Collaborate with global and local legal teams to implement best practices. Requirements: 8+ years post-law school experience, with at least 3+ years in the regulated pharmaceutical industry; strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulations, GxP principles, contracts, labor law, procurement, and litigation; experience in BD&L transactions and real estate preferred.
