Position Summary
This role oversees a global transactions delivery team responsible for drafting and negotiating certain transaction types, updating templates and fallback documents across transactions, and handling escalations for certain contract types.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of Global Drafting & Negotiation: Lead drafting/negotiation for assigned transaction types; set standards and playbooks aligned to enterprise policy and risk tiering; monitor output quality and coach; partner with stakeholders to reflect commercial needs.
- Oversight of Global Template & Fallback Maintenance: Lead review/update of templates and fallback language; keep language current with legal/regulatory/business changes; coordinate with enterprise policy/process owners; own version control and global rollout.
- Oversight of Escalation Handling: Receive/triage/resolve escalations for designated contract types; ensure consistency with enterprise risk tier and controls; track volume, resolution time, root causes; partner on escalations requiring enterprise-level policy/technology changes.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Build/manage/develop global team; ensure quality and speed; lead technology implementation into legal workflows; define/track performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; JD required.
- 12+ years law firm and/or in-house experience; substantial contract drafting/negotiation preferred.
- Experience managing legal delivery teams and leading enterprise transaction legal support.
- Strong operational rigor, attention to detail, high-volume scalability; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
