Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate and Securities

Role: Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate and Securities, at a biotech company advancing gene editing therapeutics. Responsibilities: negotiate collaboration, licensing, and acquisition agreements; support SEC reporting, corporate governance, and compliance; advise on capital raises, investor relations, and governance matters; develop policies to ensure securities law compliance; communicate legal advice to leadership. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, active license in the U.S.; minimum 5 years’ experience in biotech corporate/securities law, either in-house or at a law firm; proven expertise in public company reporting, strategic transactions, and governance; strong judgment, risk management, and communication skills; high ethical standards.
